Have you ever wanted to try writing on a vintage typewriter? Join local author and typewriter collector, Sarah K. Lenz, for a type-in. There will be over half-a-dozen typewriters for you to use, unique stationary, and fun writing prompts. Type a letter or a poem or freewrite. This is an all ages event.

Starting Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7 PM Central we’ll meet once a week via Zoom for 10 weeks. In our meetings, we’ll commiserate and celebrate the writing life, discuss Finishing School by Cary Tennis and Danelle Morton, and meet one-on-one with our accountability partners.

By participating in the forum, students will have the chance to expand their knowledge of poetry and gain confidence in their writing abilities as well as have their work displayed on the museum’s online database.
